Good old days
We're going exclusively vintage today.
All of today's photos have a hint of 'old school'. We're talking about warm hues and washed out colours. Can you feel the good vibrations?
There's nothing like that old school flavour...
One day the memories of our time spent here will be as muted and faded as some of these colours. The intensity and drama of yesterday are starting to dull.
In the months and years ahead we'll look back and ask ourselves, "How did we ever get through this?"
Arabella's timeless, and the vintage look definitely suits her.
It seems like everything old is new again. Just look around and you'll notice the resurgence of the traditional and authentic. People want what is real, pure, and original.
Everyone wants to go back to the good old days.
Old or new, classic or modern, these are all good days for us now.
Today the staff discontinued Arabella's daily doses of potassium and sodium chloride. By tomorrow she'll also be rid of one of her diuretics. Belle's slowly abandoning things left and right.
Overnight Arabella took part in an oxymetry test. The staff completely turned off her oxygen supply between midnight and 6am. She was only on room air! 😨
Mom was very nervous, and she woke up a few times during the night to make sure dad had things under control. Dad said, "Just go to bed!"
The staff wanted to see Belle's oxygen saturation levels without any extra help. Could she hold her own, or would she start to struggle?
She did extremely well. But before jumping to conclusions, we'll wait to see how she does on another night. It's hard to tell from one night alone. Arabella is still battling pulmonary hypertension and she might require oxygen for brief periods at a time. It's still difficult to say at this point.
Day by day we're working things out, and today happened to be another instant classic, just like this little girl.
