That's one of the best faces I've seen her make in a long time. She does this Elvis-like lip curl sometimes, and it cracks us up!

When Belle gets unruly (scratching her face, pulling on her tubes, etc) we give her a time-out by bundling her or wrapping up her arms. Sometimes it's absolutely necessary. Sorry Bella-Boos, but you need to calm down!
Still our most cherished daddy-daughter time...oh, and mom can join too, whatever 😊
